PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED
1. Repackage Your Item(s)
Carefully repackage your items just as they arrived. Both the original manufacturer’s packaging and the outer shipping container are required.
2. Ensure Item is Unused and is Complete
Be sure to include all parts, accessories, tags, and documentation that came with your order. Any item(s) returned in condition other than new with original packaging and all parts will be returned to the customer or assessed a restocking fee.
3. Drop Off Your Return
Take your packaged return to the designated carrier location, as indicated in your return confirmation.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Notice
Returns that do not follow these instructions—particularly those that are used, damaged, or missing components not reported in advance—may be subject to restocking fees or refused altogether. To avoid this, please report any issues with your order before initiating a return.
90 Days: You have 90 days from your date of purchase to start a return, exceptions will not be made.
Store Credit: Returns for store credit will be funded the same day the return is scanned by the shipping carrier. In order to return for store credit you must activate your Speed Addicts account. Orders placed via guest checkout are NOT eligible for store credit. Only available for orders located in the USA. Please be advised that this credit is refundable to the original method of payment exclusively within a period of 90 days from the date of the initial purchase. Any store credits issued as a result of returns processed beyond this 90-day timeframe will not be eligible for a refund. Store credit does not expire.
Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered. Instead we suggest returning your item for store credit. The item's value will be placed on your Speed Addict's account as soon as the carrier scans your item. This means you can place a new order with your store credit today!
Exceptions: To qualify for free return shipping you need to be located in the lower 48 states and the item being returned must not be oversized (tires, hoods, doors, seats, etc). Canadian customers or domestic customers returning oversized items will be given the opportunity to purchase a return shipping label at their expense.
