Return Instructions & Policy

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED

1. Repackage Your Item(s)

Repack your item(s) exactly as they arrived. Both the original manufacturer’s packaging and the outer shipping box are required.

2. Ensure Item is Unused & Complete

All items must be in new condition with original packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation included. Returns missing parts or showing signs of use may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

3. Drop Off Your Return

Bring your packaged return to the designated carrier location listed in your return confirmation.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Policies

90-Day Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. No exceptions.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued the same day your return is scanned by the carrier.

  • To receive store credit, you must have an active Speed Addicts account (guest checkout orders are not eligible).

  • Available only for U.S. orders.

  • Store credit can be refunded back to your original payment method within 90 days of purchase. Returns processed after this period will only qualify for store credit (no refund).

  • Store credit never expires.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return your item for store credit. As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, your credit is issued—allowing you to place a new order right away.

Return Shipping

  • Free Return Labels – Available for customers in the lower 48 states returning riding gear (helmets, jackets, pants, shoes, boots, gloves, vests, airbags, and casual wear).

  • Standard Items – Return labels for all other items are available for $9.99.
