Returns: You may return your item for refund or store credit, free of restocking fees, within 90 days of the purchase date. A free return label will be provided to customers located in the USA.
Store Credit: Returns for store credit will be funded as soon as your return is scanned by the shipping carrier. In order to return for store credit you must activate your Speed Addicts account. Orders placed via guest checkout are NOT eligible for store credit. Only available for orders located in the USA.
Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered. Instead we suggest returning your item for store credit. The item's value will be placed on your Speed Addict's account as soon as the carrier scans your item. This means you can place a new order with your store credit today!
Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed as they are immediately put into our automated fulfillment system. Once all the items have been shipped and received, please reach out to our rider support team for help returning your order.
Claims for Missing or Damaged Items: If you receive an order and find that an item is missing or damaged, we kindly request that you contact our rider support team within 30 days from the date the item was shipped. This time frame allows us to promptly investigate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it. Claims received after this time frame may not be honored.
Exceptions: To qualify for free return shipping you need to be located in the lower 48 states and the item being returned must not be oversized (tires, wheels, hoods, doors, bumpers). Canadian customers or domestic customers returning oversized items will be given the opportunity to purchase a return shipping label at their expense.
Upon initiating a return, customers may opt for store credit. Please be advised that this credit is refundable to the original method of payment exclusively within a period of 90 days from the date of the initial purchase. Any store credits issued as a result of returns processed beyond this 90-day timeframe will not be eligible for a refund. Store credit does not expire.

Rules of the Road
All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unused, with tags, original packaging and all accessories and or hardware. Please repackage the item exactly as it arrived to you. Please do not ship any items without an over box to product the item and it's original packing. Any item(s) returned in condition other than new with original packaging will be returned to the customer at Speed Addict's expense.
If you would like to return an item without using a Speed Addicts shipping label please call or email us first to request an RMA. When purchasing your own shipping we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. Speed Addicts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping unless the item is shipped with a pre-paid Speed Addicts shipping label.
Any shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable.
*Rules on Exchanges and Returns must be followed and the purchase must be made directly with SpeedAddicts.com. Speed Addicts may charge restocking fees or refuse items that are not in new condition with original packaging. Purchases made via third parties or on marketplaces like eBay, Amazon or Walmart are not eligible for returns according to the rules and portal on this site. Speed Addicts reserves the right to change our policies at any time without prior notice as well as refuse service or returns to anyone found to be abusing our return policy.
Domestic Shipping Info
Shipping anywhere in the contiguous USA is FREE for orders of $50 or more! Orders shipping for free will be sent via the carrier of our choosing.
Q: Do you offer overnight shipping?
A: While many of our customers will see their product arrive in 1-2 business days, we do not offer overnight or second day guaranteed services for sale at this time.
Speed Addicts uses a network of both owned and partner warehouses across the USA for fast delivery. If you’re curious exactly where you item will be shipping from please ask via phone, email or live chat.
Q: Will my shipment require a signature?
A: Most orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery. If you wish us to waive the signature requirement please request such in the notes section of your order during checkout. If you choose to waive your signature neither Speed Addicts or our carriers can be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Q: What do I do if I have not received my package, but the tracking states it was delivered?
A: First check with all members of your household and when possible your neighbors. If you you are still unable to locate your parcel please contact our rider support team ASAP. In order to be eligible for reimbursement or replacement customers must contact our rider support team about missing parcels within 30 days of purchase date.

International shipping fees do not include any taxes or customs duties. These types of taxes are different in every country. Please check with your local authority for details. If you have a special request on how your customs documents should be filled out please place them in the notes section during checkout.

Certain states require the delivery of an Annual Purchase Summary to customers within that state.
